Return Policy
Every Custom Umbrella Bags order is custom-printed and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-printed products.
Our production guarantee
What we do guarantee is that your order matches what you approved. If your bags arrive defective or materially different from the mockup you signed off on, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return — please report any issue within a reasonable window of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Why the free-mockup step matters
The free mockup-and-approval step exists precisely so you can confirm artwork, colors, film, and sizing before anything goes to production. Once you approve the mockup, that approved design is what we manufacture, so please review proofs carefully — including spelling, logo files, and color choices.
Cancellations & changes
Orders can be changed or cancelled before you approve the final mockup and production begins. After production starts, an order cannot be cancelled because the materials are already committed to your custom run.
