Every order from Custom Umbrella Bags is custom-made to your approved artwork and specifications. The notes below explain how shipping generally works; specifics are confirmed in your written quote.
Production before shipping
Because bags are printed to order, shipping timelines begin after you approve your mockup, not at the time of order. Standard production is typically 3 weeks, with rush options available for firm deadlines. Estimated ship dates are provided with your quote and may vary by order size and current production volume.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and is included in your written quote. Costs and transit times are estimates and can vary with carrier conditions; we do not guarantee a specific carrier, rate, or delivery date unless agreed in writing for a rush order.
Destinations
We ship nationwide across the United States and can quote international shipping on request. For multi-location programs, we can split a single order across multiple addresses — send a distribution list with your order.
Tracking
